Like many of her coworkers, Stephanie Orduño was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Her birthday is May 12th, and she attended Jersey Village High School.

Our customers truly enjoy speaking with her, she is warm, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. In many ways, Stephanie is the voice of AAI and Spectros, often serving as the first point of contact and guiding patients through their experience with care, compassion, and clarity.

Her favorite food is Mexican, and she enjoys online shopping in her free time. Her favorite day of the week is Monday because she looks forward to connecting with patients and helping them get started with AqueCool, even those who have already received emails, package instructions, and QR codes for every available resource.

Stephanie has one older sister and is also a proud dog mom to two pit bulls, Brodie and Bailey.
