AqueCool devices are shipped with packaging and foam designed to withstand transit. Please follow the instructions provided in the AqueCool User Manual for packaging and shipping of device. 

Each rental will include a prepaid return shipping label. Attach this label to the shipping box once the device is properly packaged. The package can then be dropped off at any UPS store.

Important: Please note that UPS may apply a fee for home pickup of your package. This charge is determined and collected by UPS directly, and AAI does not have any control over these fees. 

Please use the original packaging and foam inserts when returning T-Stat devices. Include a note describing any issues you are experiencing with the device.

Note: AAI does not require an RMA to return devices for repairs or preventative maintenance.
