Over the years, Chad has leveraged his frontline experience in sales to drive operational improvements that enhance customer and patient experiences. At AAI Spectros, he plays a key role in aligning cross-functional teams and supporting the company’s mission of providing surgeons access to Innovative Technologies which Enhance the Surgical Experience and Improve Patient Outcomes.
When he’s not at work, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, Carrie, their two children, Carter and Chaise, and the newest member of the family, Cinch—a spirited Golden Retriever. Most often, he can be found at the ballfield or gym, proudly watching his kids compete in baseball, softball, or volleyball.
