Step 1
Draw patient's blood into either 15mL or 30mL tube, place into centrifuge, run for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from centrifuge, extract PPP (platelet-poor plasma).
Step 3
Extract PRP (platelet-rich plasma), and apply.
